  • Training IMSBC Code related topics combined with IMDG Code on behalf of the International Maritime Organization (IMO). 10 missions done. Partly country and partly regional trainings.
  • Specific IMSBC Code training to e.g. a large bulk producer in The Netherlands, vessel operator and port authorities
  • Audit procedures of bulkcarrier shipments after incidents 
  • Advise to master of bulkcarrier; how to safely load specific bulkcargo
  • Participating in pre IMO/CCC meetings, organised by Dutch ministry of Transport
  • Assist in getting a “new” bulkcargo registered (as per 1.3.3)

  • Member of VVA, CTGG and ICHCA Technical Panel
  • Dangerous Goods Safety Advisor Road, Rail, River (ADR, RID, ADN)
  • Approved Hazmat expert (IHM)
  • Certified to handle dangerous goods (incl. basic firefighting response)
